Description: Soup House Joanna de Angelis serves 23 families, including 42 children and 63 adults. Families receive donations of basic food baskets, school reinforcement classes, educational activities, handicraft classes, baking classes, among others. At Soup House Joanna de Angelis, those assisted reflect in their homes what they have been taught, in the use of food, in the care of their belongings, in personal hygiene, in family care, thus improving their socioeconomic conditions.
With the donation from Ansa, Soup House Joanna de Angelis reformed an access staircase to the upper floor and the windows, fixing railings to prevent accidents with children. These reforms had already been notified by the Fire Department as being mandatory for the continuation of activities. They also bought a refrigerator.
